cannot remove print job from queue or how to remove print jobs from queue

Normally in Laser Jet Printers, if you select the items and delete, it does goes off but with many inkjet printers, it will not work.  So following will help you to remove print jobs from printer queue.

1. First right click on My Computer / Computer 
2. Select & Click Manage
3. Then you will get Computer Management Screen
4. Select & Click Services & Applications
5. Select & Click Services  
6. Right Click on Print Spooler & Click STOP
6. Then Do Either a) or b)
a) Go to RUN and type system32
b) Go to Following Place by opening folder; C:\WINDOWS\system32
7. Go to Spool folder
8. Then go to PRINTERS folder
9. Delete All the files in PRINTERS folder + go to
10. Double click the printer icon in the lower-right corner of your taskbar to examine your print job queue and browse to View -> Refresh.
11. Now go back to Print Spooler & Click START
12. Done !
